Worldline is seeking a Financial Crime Intelligence Officer - Data Analysis in Warsaw to transform diverse data into actionable intelligence. You will work with groups across the organisation to identify threats, improve reporting and support senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large and complex data sets from multiple sources.
• Ability to interpret structured and unstructured financial crime data.
• Experience developing KRIs, KPIs and intelligence-led reporting.
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies and patterns in data.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and transaction monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, consolidate and analyse financial crime data from multiple sources.
• Conduct thematic analysis related to AML, sanctions, fraud and insider threat.
• Produce intelligence-led reporting, dashboards and executive MI.
• Identify emerging financial crime risks and control weaknesses.
• Analyse cross-functional intelligence to spot systemic risks.
• Support development of intelligence-led reporting frameworks.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve reporting consistency.
