Job summary

Worldline is seeking a KYC/AML Risk Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will play a vital role ensuring we do not engage with unlawful or fraudulent clients and perform due diligence on merchants worldwide.

You’ll conduct thorough research using external tools, analyze KYC data, and uncover information indicating non-compliance with law, policy, or acquirer requirements. The role is based in Poland, with a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications

• English language is a must.
• Additional knowledge of French/Dutch or Spanish will be an asset.
• Previous knowledge of KYC, AML compliance or merchant risk assessment is a must.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• KYC and Risk assessment from the perspective of AML, KYC and Credit risk.
• Onboarding of new and existing merchants. Verify documentation and request additional documents and/or information if needed and communicate the requests to sales.
• Lookups in sanction list and Card Scheme databases.
• Support other WL teams in Risk topics - as assigned.
• Contributing to both the teams and personal development with ideas for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions provided to the team.
• Regularly evaluating and improving the efficiency of risk management processes.
