Job summary

Danish Crown A/S, Krakow GBS, seeks a Financial Controller to safeguard the integrity of financial statements and governance. You will challenge results, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and drive consistency across reporting and controls.

Role requires close collaboration with Finance Operations, auditors, and senior leadership. This is a hybrid position with responsibilities across balance sheet governance and ongoing finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial controllership and reporting governance.
• Proficient with IFRS and local GAAP concepts.
• Strong audit and internal control awareness.
• Ability to partner with FP&A and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Review transactions for IFRS/local GAAP compliance.
• Investigate significant balance sheet and P&L movements.
• Lead close processes across Finance Operations and ensure timely governance.
• Support internal and external audits and implement control improvements.
