Role Description

We are building a new Controlling Team at Durr Group Services and looking for talented professionals to join us. The new roles of Financial Controller will play a key part in strengthening financial performance, supporting decision‑making process and improving reporting and analysis within the Durr Group. We are currently shaping a new structure of a globally‑working team and the exact responsibilities can we tailored to your strengths and interests.

Our Team’s Tasks Will Involve

• Preparing recurring financial reports and management dashboards
• Supporting budgeting process, forecasting and variance analysis,
• Active participation in month‑end closing activities,
• Operating on broadly used and leading software including SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools
• Controlling the correct cost allocations across the group
• Supporting digitalization by finding ways to optimize the current processes and implementing it with IT team: developing Excel, BI tools and process flows
• Working closely with Operations, Accounting, Key Users, Senior Management to support colleagues across the globe.

Your skills

• Degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or similar qualification related to Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in controlling, audit, accounting or related area
• Analytical thinking, proactive attitude and ability to build relationships
• Willingness to develop in the area of Controlling
• Familiarity with ERP systems, PowerBI or similar tools
• Fluency in English, German is welcome
• Teamwork and openness to work in an international environment
