Job summary

ZF Group Czestochowa is seeking a Financial Analyst – System & Data Management to drive reporting standards and scalable planning tools. You will manage report requirements, ensure data quality, and automate reports using SAP SAC, Power Apps and SQL.

You will collaborate with Controlling, ZES and analytics teams to deliver transparent, data-driven insights and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

• Requirement management for report needs across ZF Engineering Solutions.
• Develop and align report solutions with requestors and data quality checks.
• Maintain the reporting tool landscape and ensure it stays state of the art.
• Structure data in systems/tools to enable lean, fast report production.
• Automate current and future reports using SAP SAC/PowerApps/SQL.
• Support Controlling teams and the data management team in daily business.
• Troubleshoot reporting- and tool-related topics; collaborate across teams.
• Support Z Analytics & Prediction team on digitalization and automation.

The Corporate Controlling team serves as a central center of expertise for enterprise-wide reporting, planning, and performance management standards. We define and continuously enhance reporting frameworks, scalable planning solutions, and controlling processes across the organization. In close collaboration with business domains, Centers, and management, we provide standardized reports, analytical insights, and planning tools that enable transparency and data-driven decision-making.

What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst – System & Data Management (m/f/d):

• Requirement management throughout ZF Engineering Solutions (ZES) for report needs;
• Develop and align report solutions with the requestor and data quality checks of the reports;
• Maintain the reporting tool landscape and ensure it remains state of the art;
• Data structuring in all systems & tools to enable lean & fast report production;
• Automatization of current & future reports through relevant tools (e.g. SAP SAC/PowerApps/SQL, …);
• Support the Controlling teams within ZES and the data management team in their day-to-day business;
• Problem solving for reporting- and tool-related topics in daily business;
• Support within Z Analytics & Prediction team on digitalization, automation, reporting and tool optimization.
