Paessler GmbH is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Kraków. You will ensure the integrity of accounting records, participate in month-end close, and prepare financial statements for the parent company. You will also drive process improvements and collaborate across functions.

The role requires IFRS/US GAAP experience, CPA/ACCA credentials, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Sage Intacct are a plus.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or similar with a focus on finance and accounting.
• 3+ years of total relevant experience, including accounting in accordance IFRS/US GAAP (HGB is a plus).
• CPA / ACCA license.
• Audit experience is preferable.
• Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities - goal/results and deadline-driven.
• Precise, structured and independent way of working with high quality standards.
• Team-player capable of working both collaboratively and independently with all levels of the organization.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
• German language is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation of the parent company's monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assists in general financial management and analysis.
• Identify areas for improvements in existing processes (esp. standardization, automation, digitalization) in accounting.

YOUR TASKS
