Antal is seeking a Finance Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transitions of AP, AR and GL processes within an international SSC/GBS environment. You will coordinate cross-country activities, plan milestones and ensure operational readiness during the handover to accounting teams.

The role emphasizes strong project and stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country transitions.

Qualificações

• Previous professional experience as a Transition Manager is required.
• Hands-on experience transitioning Finance & Accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR or GL with broader finance exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end finance process transitions across AP, AR, and GL.
• Plan, coordinate milestones and deliverables for transitions.
• Manage knowledge transfer and ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance teams and international counterparts.
• Identify transition risks, dependencies and gaps.
• Monitor progress and hand over to operational teams.
• Support process standardization and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Ensure clear communication and reporting throughout lifecycle.
