Job summary

PwC Polska's Financial Transformation Team pursues high-profile finance transformation projects in Poland and the EMEA region. You will shape Finance of the Future strategies and advise client management on finance process digitalization and transformation.

You will contribute to end-to-end finance operating model and governance setups, collaborating across Business, Finance and IT. The role requires 1–2 years (consultant) or 3–4 years (senior consultant) in finance, with a relevant degree,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years (consultant) or 3-4 years (senior consultant) of professional experience in finance.
• Bachelor's degree (consultant) or Master's degree (senior consultant) in Finance or Economics.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals (PTP, OTC or RTR).
• Strong data analysis and calculations skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP applications (preferably SAP).
• Excellent English communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness for business trips both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Transformation projects with global and local clients.
• Assist in preparing project deliverables and client workshops.
• Support business development and client proposals.
• Adapt in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Work from the office at least 2 days per week (PwC or client).
