Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Target Operating Model and Change Management to join the client Wholesale workstream. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of the TOBM related to the new ledger and reporting platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to confirm data attributes, design solutions, and manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with global programs and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Change Management/Target Operating Model in finance.
• Experience of large-scale systems implementation projects in Banking / Finance environment.
• Experience of defining and implementing process.
• Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to clarify and translate the business needs into requirements.
• Ability to work in large teams across multiple locations.
• Able to work in agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Target Operating Model by understanding and document end to end processes.
• Standardize the process by suggesting the best practices and appropriate design.
• Ensuring local alignment with other global Finance programs, processes.
• Producing reporting/dashboards as required to report status, plan, risks and issues.
• Analysis of process and business specification and ensuring they are appropriately considered and delivered on time.
• Ensuring process, controls and architectures are aligned and simplified.
• Support in designing Target Operating Model in area of Finance.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to confirm data attributes, design solutions, and manage project delivery.
