Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A/Controlling professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive regional insights, and support strategic decisions on pricing, investments, and margins.

The role requires 5+ years in controlling with leadership experience in an international setting, fluent English, and strong analytical and collaboration skills. SAP knowledge is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in business administration.
• 5+ years of controlling experience in a distribution or international environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote team management.
• Proven experience as a business partner to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured approach with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Support shorter reporting cycles and dynamic forecasting approaches.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Shared Service Center for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute to pricing, commercial models, margin management, and investments.
• Analyze both direct and distributor markets and provide actionable insights.
• Provide ad hoc insights to support high-quality decisions across the cluster.
• Harmonize controlling practices across countries.
• Strengthen alignment between commercial and operational teams.
• Support system enhancements including SAP (FI/CO/SD), Salesforce, and Tableau.
