Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst for an international real estate company in Warsaw. In this full-time role, you will support preparation, review, and analysis of financial reporting packages in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.

You will assist in preparing reporting schedules, perform account reconciliations, monitor bank accounts, and provide administrative support to the regional team in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home).

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or accounting
• 1–2 years of finance experience
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial reporting packages
• Assist in preparing reporting schedules (cash, debt, org charts)
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Maintain reporting files and documentation
• Monitor bank accounts and prepare wire transfers
• Provide administrative support to the regional team
