Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Finance Systems Business Analyst to serve as the functional expert for CCH Tagetik within Corporate Finance. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions, support and train users, and help evolve the platform in a global transformation program.

You will bridge Finance and IT, ensuring data flows and setups align with governance, controls and reporting requirements across the Group.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Corporate Finance processes and terminology at a group-wide level.
• Knowledge of Treasury and Tax processes and how they can be supported by finance systems.
• Experience translating business needs into functional system requirements.
• Ability to explain complex finance concepts to non-expert IT teams and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with CCH Tagetik is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience in an international or global company is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as system owner and SME for CCH Tagetik within Corporate Finance.
• Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, data flows, and setups.
• Own the functional Finance perspective in discussions with Product Owner and IT teams.
• Provide Finance expertise to Solutions Architect on business rules and data requirements.
• Manage master data, system controls, and user access.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users.
• Stay aligned with platform roadmap and new features.
• Perform advanced support, maintenance and administration.
• Contribute to projects in collaboration with Product Owner and Solution Architect.
• Analyze, configure, test and deploy changes to optimize solutions.
