Job summary

Intersnack IT KG in Germany seeks a Group Solution Owner for Finance who will own the full lifecycle of Finance applications, from requirements to delivery and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and Application Specialists, act as embedded solution architect, and collaborate with IT, Finance stakeholders, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT-related business processes.
• Proven Infor M3 CloudSuite experience in global ERP for Finance.
• End-to-end accountability as senior Finance application owner.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes in a multi-entity FMCG setting.
• Ability to engage finance leads, auditors and external partners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management and ongoing support of Finance applications across General Ledger, AP, AR, Controlling and Planning.
• Oversee the full solution lifecycle for the Finance domain, including design, delivery and operations.
• Translate financial requirements into high-quality application solutions with data accuracy.
• Manage a team of Business Analysts and Application Specialists, with clear priorities.
• Maintain relationships with Finance stakeholders and external suppliers to drive governance.
• Direct 3rd-line support and oversee third-party service providers to meet SLAs.
• Design training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
• Align Finance solutions with strategic goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, regulatory controls, and governance.
