You will partner with regional offices to standardize processes and build capabilities for sustained impact, with hybrid work and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry with strong business process knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead a global, cross-functional team.
• Experience in Controlling, Finance processes and SAP environments (R/3, S/4).
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (German optional).

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop a global team of 70+ consultants across 25 locations.
• Drive digital transformation programs and modernize financial operations.
• Define future skill sets for the global expert network.
• Act as the primary global partner for regions and entities to implement standard budgeting and investment processes.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation using AI, automation, low-code platforms, and analytics.
