In this role, you will lead the modernization of the finance function for our clients by bridging the gap between complex accounting compliance and modern enterprise technology, building a future-state finance function.
You will analyze and optimize core financial processes with a heavy emphasis on billing architectures and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition across modern SaaS ERP environments (such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or equivalent). You will serve as the strategic visionary who identifies exactly where Agentic AI and next-generation automation can be injected to eliminate manual friction, accelerate timelines, and ensure absolute compliance.
Responsibilities
- Architect and redesign end-to-end global finance processes across Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and Billing to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance
- Define AI and automation roadmaps by identifying high-impact opportunities for Agentic AI, generative AI, LLM orchestration, and intelligent automation across financial operations
- Translate business and accounting requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for development and implementation teams
- Lead functional delivery by aligning Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations stakeholders and managing dependencies across upstream and downstream processes
- Design automated billing logic for usage-based, subscription, and multi-element sales arrangements within enterprise ERP environments
- Ensure redesigned workflows and automation solutions comply with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition requirements
- Facilitate transformation workshops and present process redesign and automation roadmaps to business and corporate leadership
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled and automated workflows by supporting change management and aligning stakeholders around new operating models
Requirements
- Strong experience in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, or Enterprise ERP consulting, with 5–9 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced functional knowledge of enterprise SaaS ERP platforms, such as SAP or Oracle Fusion, with practical understanding of finance and billing processes
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15, revenue recognition principles, and automated revenue accounting workflows
- Proven experience in finance process redesign, particularly across Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Billing, and revenue operations
- Strong conceptual understanding of Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and modern automation approaches
- Advanced stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex transformation concepts clearly
- Strong change management and consulting skills, with the ability to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience in Big Four or top-tier management consulting firms specializing in Finance Transformation or CFO Advisory is an advantage
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or PMP certification is a plus
