The Group operates through several companies and sites across international markets, serving primary industrial clients and managing projects and contracts of significant technical, organizational and financial complexity. The international dimension of the business, together with membership of a structured group, calls for a particularly solid oversight of administrative, accounting and financial processes, and for high standards of reporting, internal control and compliance.

Reporting to senior leadership and working in close coordination with the Group's Finance functions, the successful candidate will assume full ownership of the accounting cycle, guarantee the accuracy and reliability of financial information, and coordinate a dedicated local accounting team. • Prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Manage periodic and year-end closing activities and support the preparation of statutory financial statements
  • Lead reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities and contribute to the controlling of group companies
  • Work in constant liaison with the Finance functions of other international group entities
  • Ensure the application of internal control procedures, including SOX-type requirements
  • Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, external advisors and other institutions
  • Coordinate, supervise and develop the local accounting team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of administrative and Finance processes, in line with Group policies and international standards

  • Proven experience in preparing financial reporting under IFRS
  • Familiarity with internal control processes; exposure to SOX-compliant environments is a strong plus
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising small administrative and accounting teams
  • Ability to operate effectively within an international, multicultural organization
