Job summary

Dentons Business Services EMEA is offering a 6-month internship in the Key Clients Team. The role requires your full engagement and a desire to learn how the Finance department works in a law firm environment. You will assist with financial records, run reports, support partners inputs, and collaborate with Local Finance teams in an international context.

The position is paid at 30 PLN gross per hour and requires you to work 2 days per week from the office.

Qualifications

• Student status or fresh graduate (economics/finance focus).
• Willingness to work 2 days from the office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Autonomous and proactive; team player.
• Availability min. 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the coordination of financial records for global clients
• Running various reports and gathering data from different regions
• Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures
• Support in resolving client queries
• Support in ensuring inputs received from Partners are stored in the system
• Support in day-to-day and ad hoc tasks
• Support in the general projects and initiatives
• Working towards quality standards
• Support in generation of reports and data analyzing
• Working towards building professional relations
• Support in collaborating with Local Finance teams
• Following the work instructions
