Job summary

Aviva plc in Warsaw invites motivated students or graduates to join the Finance Services Excellence Centre for a 6-month paid internship. You will support daily financial activities, assist with reports, budgeting, forecasting and month-end tasks, and help with data validation and ad hoc analyses.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with hybrid working from Poland and occasional office days in Warsaw. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and confidence in working with data.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and openness to new challenges.
• Availability for 3–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial activities and processes.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports, management information and ad hoc analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes.
