Responsibilities

• Analyze training requirements with Finance stakeholders and coordinate content development.
• Oversee end‑to‑end process for collecting and prioritizing Finance training needs.
• Create in‑house learning assets (video guides, microlearning) with SMEs.
• Manage enrollments, track participation, and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update Finance e‑learning content and learning platforms.
