YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Solution Architect, you will:

Lead the functional solutioning for RFPs and client pursuits across finance domains.
Translate client requirements into solution blueprints, process flows, and transformation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, and implementation plans.
Participate in client workshops, diagnostics, and due diligence to shape solution strategy.
Support the creation of proposal content, case studies, and client presentations.
Ensure alignment with Capgemini’s global solution standards and delivery models.
Monitor and communicate the latest offering and trends to ensure our relevance and credibility of solutions.
Actively engage with partner ecosystem to generate market presence and create opportunities.
Shape business opportunities and offerings through application of new technologies for client delivery and Capgemini services (accelerators).
Shape and own the end-to-end solution to ensure overall quality, integrity and sustainability.
Actively manage the solution scope and technology risks throughout the delivery.
Be a partner to the Engagement Manager/s and Analytics Leadership taking joint responsibility of solution responses on time.
Establish and operate the Design Authority for the engagement.

YOUR TASKS

To succeed in this role, you should bring deep finance domain knowledge, strong solutioning experience, and a consultative mindset:

Act as the functional authority for finance solutions in pursuits and client engagements.
Stay updated on industry benchmarks, best practices, and transformation trends in finance.
Mentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge assets and accelerators.
Support the development of reusable solution components and frameworks for finance domains.
Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or solutioning roles.
Strong functional expertise across:
Order to Cash (O2C)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record to Report (R2R)
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Demonstrated experience in designing solutions for RFPs, RFIs, and client pursuits in the finance domain.
Familiarity with finance operating models, shared services, global delivery, and transformation levers.
Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) from a functional perspective.
Ability to assess client pain points and propose process improvements, automation opportunities, and value realization strategies.
Exposure to digital enablers such as automation, analytics, and workflow tools (functional understanding only).
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with CFOs, Finance Directors, and transformation leaders.
Proven ability to lead solutioning discussions, workshops, and client presentations.
Experience in building solution narratives, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions.
Collaborative approach to working with delivery, sales, and capability teams.
