We are looking for Finance Analyst to join our team! The main purpose of this role is to advise on revenue recognition under US GAAP as part of GRRO. The role includes responsibility for deal support, reviewing contracts & providing revenue related guidance during pre-deal stage, active engagement with stakeholders such as Sales, BU Finance, and Legal to ensure revenue recognition concerns are highlighted at contracting stage, closing out deal reviews independently with minimum guidance and providing ongoing support and training to finance and business teams, mentoring other members of the GRRO team, supporting external & internal auditors, and ensuring HPE policy and the principles of US GAAP are appropriately applied across our businesses. As such, the individual is expected:
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred. Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst. Typically experienced in more than one finance function. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Superior teamwork skills Strong business acumen. Possesses strong US GAAP technical accounting and compliance knowledge. Ability to partner with operational and finance teams at all levels exercising judgment in policy application during solution development. Research accounting issues on proposed projects and transactions and provide guidance on the proper accounting treatment. Experience in developing, improving and executing financial policy and procedures. Understanding of the services and technology industry with experience in a large multinational corporate environment. Communication of policy application implications to new and evolving services business models. Strong program management, written, oral, interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to handle multiple assignments, be deadline-oriented with strong skills in resource management, planning, consulting, and organization. Eye for detail and accuracy.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – Poland: Annual Salary PLN 117,000 - 231,000 The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
