Job summary

Enxoo, a Salesforce partner, is seeking a finance professional to join the Finance Team in Warsaw. You will handle invoicing, payments, and accounting, and support budgets, forecasts, and reporting.

You will collaborate with international teams, develop KPIs, and help refine reporting processes. Hybrid or office-based work options are available with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in internal accounting or accounting office
• Experience with reporting and analysis
• Strong MS Office, Excel; Qlik Sense is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken
• Polish language fluency
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Join the Finance Team for daily tasks (invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation)
• Analyze costs, sales figures, and results vs budget/forecasts
• Support the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
• Assist the CFO in reporting to stakeholders and financial reporting
• Monitor daily financial operations and ensure data accuracy
• Develop KPI dashboards and track cross-department metrics
• Improve metrics and reporting processes
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting offices across Enxoo’s international entities

What you’ll be doing:

• Working as part of our Finance Team in daily tasks (e.g. invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation, etc.)
• Analyzing costs, sales figures, and actual company results in relation to budget and forecasts
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
• Supporting the CFO in reporting to stakeholders and in financial reporting
• Monitoring daily financial operations, tracking the company’s financial situation and results, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of accounting data
• Developing performance analysis by creating KPIs and tracking key metrics across different departments and product groups
• Implementing improvements to metrics and reporting processes
• Coordinating cooperation with outsourced accounting offices in Enxoo’s international entities (outside Poland), gaining exposure to cross-border financial operations

What you’ll need:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in an internal accounting department or an accounting office, ideally including exposure to international or cross-border operations
• Experience with reporting and analysis
• Good command of MS Office (especially Excel); Qlik Sense will be an additional advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Attention to detail and good organization of work
• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken – required for daily coordination with international teams
• Fluency in Polish
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
