Job summary

ABB is offering a Finance Intern position within the Accounts Receivable Team in Kraków. You will gain hands-on experience in finance operations, reporting, and process support in an international environment.

The role focuses on supporting day-to-day AR activities, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports, with opportunities to develop Excel macros and analytical skills, mentored by experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Active student status in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Able to learn quickly and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations
• Assist with account reconciliations and clearing activities
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and summaries
• Support data analysis and processing using Excel
• Assist in maintaining and improving Excel macros and reporting tools
• Support the team with various administrative and ad hoc finance tasks
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and documentation

• Support the team with various administrative and ad hoc finance tasks
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and documentation

Requirements

• Active student status, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Good English (written and spoken)
