Job summary

TalentCore in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a founding technical leader to establish the local engineering organization and drive enterprise AI implementations for major customers. As Field / Site CTO you will architect solutions, lead delivery, and recruit a high-performing Poland-based team, while staying hands-on and shaping the company’s engineering presence in the market.

Role summary

Join a fast-growing European applied-AI company as its founding technical leader in Poland.

As Field / Site CTO, you will establish the local technical organization, lead complex enterprise AI implementations, support strategic customer engagements and build an engineering team from the ground up.

This opportunity combines hands‑on software architecture, technical leadership, enterprise delivery and commercial involvement. You will work closely with large enterprise customers to implement advanced AI solutions while shaping the company's engineering presence in the Polish market.

The ideal candidate has previously founded or co‑founded a technology business, retains strong hands‑on engineering capabilities and has delivered substantial enterprise technology projects.
