Job summary

Qualifications

• Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Technical aptitude and a basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience in thermography, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or other diagnostic techniques is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermographic inspections of energized electrical switchgear, distribution systems, and other electrical assets at customer sites.
• Collect, analyze, and document thermal images, inspection data, observations, and measurement results; prepare clear and professional reports with findings and recommendations.
• Independently organize and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, local transportation, and site access requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful execution of inspection activities, while commercial discussions, project scope definition, and scheduling remain managed by the company.
• Travel extensively to customer facilities across Poland, the European Union, and occasionally other international locations (approximately 75% travel).
