Job summary

Hozah, a tech-led company reimagining urban mobility, is seeking a Mobile Site Engineer to manage maintenance of car park infrastructure across the North of England and Scotland. The role includes site visits, RAMS compliance, and coordinating subcontractors to minimize downtime.

Based between Leeds and Dundee, you will travel regularly and maintain CCTV/ANPR equipment, signage, and Pay & Display systems, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.

Qualifications

• Background in hands-on installation, ideally from companies or industries such as Sky, CCTV, BT, Field IT or IoT-related roles.
• Experience working with subcontractors to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, making on-the-spot decisions to meet project objectives.
• Experience producing site documentation, such as site maps and install plans.
• Comfortable working alone, following installation plans and survey documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
• Based between Leeds and Dundee, and able to travel regularly across all of our sites in the North of England and Scotland.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Basic knowledge of Risk Assessments and RAMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ANPR cameras, Pay & Display machines, tablets, signage and other related equipment.
• Ensure RAMS are prepared and followed when on site.
• Install and replace signage and kiosk consumables as required, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site, ensuring all equipment functions optimally.
• Adhere to all safe working procedures and compliance guidelines, ensuring a safe and effective work environment.
• Visit sites across the North of England and Scotland on a scheduled basis to carry out general site health checks.
• Plan and execute regular site visits and maintenance schedules across the northern estate to maintain a high-quality estate.
• Coordinate subcontractors on site to ensure maintenance and project work is delivered on time.
