Job summary

Herchenbach LTD is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build partnerships in the Polish market. You’ll develop B2B relationships with industrial clients, listen to needs, and translate them into commercially smart solutions.

In this role you will manage CRM pipelines, forecasts and activities from your home office and represent our name wherever it is present. You’ll be rewarded with a territory with real potential and strong onboarding.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, ideally B2B with industrial background.
• Fluency in Polish and intermediate English.
• Strong KPI and forecasting orientation.
• Self-motivated with perseverance; comfortable with variable pay.
• Willingness to operate from home office and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with industrial clients in the Polish market.
• Listen, analyze on-site, and translate requirements into commercially smart solutions.
• Negotiate from first conversation to signed contract.
• Manage CRM pipeline, forecasts and activities with discipline.
• Represent the company professionally from home office and wherever the brand is present.
