Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in reimbursement, with CPT/HCPCS knowledge and certifications. Travel up to 25% is required to engage providers and hospital systems globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of reimbursement, revenue cycle, coding, or payer experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes.
• Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM coding; Cat III CPT codes experience preferred.
• CPC, CCS, or similar certification.
• Travel up to 25% to meet customer and payer needs.

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) serves as the subject matter expert on coverage, coding, billing, and payment processes for the company's medical device portfolio.

This role partners closely with Sales, Market Access, Providers, and Revenue Cycle stakeholders to facilitate appropriate reimbursement, remove access barriers, and support product utilization through compliant communication.

The FRM provides education and support to healthcare providers and internal teams regarding payer requirements, documentation standards, and claims processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on coverage, coding, and payment requirements

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)
• 5–7+ years of reimbursement, revenue cycle, coding, or payer experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes
• Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD ‑ 10-CM coding (preferred: direct experience with Cat III CPT codes and transitional passthrough payment)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• CPC, CCS, or similar certification
• Experience supporting procedural or implantable medical devices
• Experience working directly with providers or hospital systems
