Job summary

Brembo in Poland is seeking a Field Quality Management professional to lead investigations of customer complaints and drive containment actions within aftermarket products. You will perform technical analysis of returned products, coordinate inspections and failure analysis activities, and provide expertise to Field Area Managers across Poland and European markets.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define permanent corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Quality Engineering, Customer Quality or Automotive Quality.
• Experience in aftermarket business is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigates customer complaints and field quality issues related to aftermarket products.
• Performs technical analysis of returned products and supports warranty claim assessments.
• Coordinates product inspection and failure analysis activities.
• Establishes containment actions and drives corrective action implementation.
• Supports customers and distributors with technical product-related issues.
• Provides technical expertise to Field Area Managers operating in Poland and European markets.
• Participates in customer visits and quality reviews when required.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring fast and effective problem resolution.
• Leads and facilitates structured problem-solving activities
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to identify root causes and define permanent corrective actions.
• Monitors effectiveness of implemented actions.
• Monitors field quality performance indicators and warranty trends.
• Identifies recurring issues and potential risks.
• Develops regular reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Supports quality reviews and management meetings with field performance data.
