ITDS Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Ferryt Configuration Specialist to implement and develop business processes on the FerrytFlow platform for an online banking client.

You will configure processes, train users, and ensure smooth operation of FerrytFlow, combining technical and analytical skills. The role is Warsaw-based with a hybrid model (2 days in the office per month). Ideal candidates have higher education and at least 1.5 years on Ferryt, knowledge of Ferryt 2.0, SQL, HTML/CSS,

Qualifications

• Higher education or pursuing a degree in CS, math, econometrics, physics, etc.
• Min 1.5 year of experience with Ferryt platform.
• Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0.
• Knowledge of MS SQL and ability to create SQL queries.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of BPMN and UML notations.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, good communication, and technical English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and development.
• Configure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platform.
• Configure business processes on the FerrytFlow platform.
• Provide support and training to system users.
• Ensure seamless integration and operation of business processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurations.

About the project

As a Ferryt Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, focusing on the implementation and development of business processes on the BPMN-class FerrytFlow platform. Your role will involve configuring business processes, supporting and training system users, and ensuring the smooth operation of FerrytFlow. This is a key position that requires a blend of technical and analytical skills to optimize and maintain critical banking operations.

Our requirements

• Higher education or are currently pursuing a degree in fields such as computer science, mathematics, econometrics, physics, etc.
• Min. 1.5 year of experience with Ferryt platform
• Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0
• Knowledge of MS SQL with the ability to create SQL queries
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of BPMN and UML notations
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills
• Communicative English for technical documentation

Optional

• Familiarity with T-SQL
