Qualifications

• Doświadczenie 7+ lat w badaniach podatności, eksploatacji i testach bezpieczeństwa.
• Silne tło w odkrywaniu podatności, development exploitów, testach penetracyjnych.
• Ekspertyza w bezpieczeństwie sieci, systemach wbudowanych i hardwarze.
• Głębokie zrozumienie technologii mobilnych i popularnych OS (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS).
• Doświadczenie w przeglądzie kodu źródłowego, fuzzingu, inżynierii odwrotnej i black-box security review.
• Umiejętność wykorzystania AI/LLMs do optymalizacji wykrywania podatności.
• Płynny angielski (mówiony i pisany).

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie zaawansowanych badań bezpieczeństwa nad krytycznymi systemami klienta, zapewniając odporną ochronę.
• Identyfikacja exploitów zero-day i rozwijanie exploitów, aby zrozumieć potencjalne vectory ataków.
• Współpraca ze interesariuszami w celu redukcji ryzyka cyberbezpieczeństwa i poprawy posture.
• Rozwój i automatyzacja narzędzi, w tym AI (LLMs i GenAI) do ulepszenia wykrywania podatności.
• Prowadzenie dochodzeń w zmieniającym się krajobrazie zagrożeń i dostarczanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań.
• Współpraca z zespołami Cybersecurity Tech i Ops w zakresie integracji automatyzacji w workflow security.
• Przestrzeganie polityk operacyjnych i kontroli ryzyka.

Wymagania:

• Proven experience of 7+ years in vulnerability research, exploitation, and security testing.
• Strong background in vulnerability discovery, exploit development, and penetration testing.
• Expertise in network security, embedded systems, and hardware hacking.
• Deep understanding of mobile technologies and common OS (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS).
• Experience with source code review, fuzzing, reverse engineering, and black box security review techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs to optimize vulnerability detection and validation processes.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Mile widziane:

• Participation in the cybersecurity community or industry contributions.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and AI for Security assessments.
• Leadership skills and stakeholder management experience.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Conduct advanced security research on the client's critical systems, ensuring robust controls and mitigations.
• Identify zero-day vulnerabilities and develop exploits to understand potential attack vectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively reduce cybersecurity risks and enhance security postures.
• Develop and automate tools, incorporating AI (including Large Language Models and GenAI) to improve vulnerability discovery and validation processes.
• Lead investigations into the evolving threat landscape, providing strategic insights and innovative solutions.
• Engage with Cybersecurity Technology and Operations teams to integrate automation and AI into security assessment workflows.
• Follow operational controls and adhere to policies to effectively manage risks.
