ITDS Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for IT outsourcing to own and optimize client engagements, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence across your portfolio.

You will lead and develop delivery teams, manage the P&L, identify risks and bottlenecks, and expand the account by leveraging your network and coordinating with cross‑functional consultants on strategic projects across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, service delivery, or account management within IT outsourcing.
• Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing market.
• Proven track record managing delivery and P&L responsibilities.
• Leadership experience leading delivery and recruitment teams.
• Active network of market contacts.
• Natural leadership qualities with charisma and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.

• Grow the account: expand the portfolio through additional placements, services, and new leads leveraging your network.
• Manage the P&L: oversee margins, utilization, and results against plan; shape offers and contracts for optimal profitability.
• Identify and mitigate risks: proactively spot threats and remove bottlenecks to safeguard milestones.
• Lead and develop the team: mentor, coach, train, and retain top talent, working closely with consultant partners.
• Deliver against targets: translate business goals into actionable plans and keep the team aligned and motivated.
