We’re helping our partner find a Facebook Media Buyer. JF Media is a performance marketing team running paid traffic to the U.S. market: they need someone who knows U.S. audiences, can find working combinations quickly, and wants to grow with larger budgets and new verticals. They work across Finance (auto and home insurance, refinancing programs, mortgages), E-commerce and digital e-commerce, Education (EDU), and Nutra.
Location: Warsaw, office
What you will do:
- Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta campaigns for U.S. traffic
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
- Build and analyze funnels in trackers, and monitor CPL, CPA, ROI, and lead quality
- Manage ad accounts and keep them running: policy compliance, handling restrictions and appeals
- Write creative briefs and work closely with designers and copywriters
- Hit agreed KPIs and report on results and test findings
What you bring:
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Facebook media buyer
- Hands‑on experience with U.S. traffic (required)
- Experience in at least one of our verticals: finance/insurance, e‑commerce, EDU, or nutra
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager: CBO/ABO, Lookalike and custom audiences, retargeting, creative testing frameworks
- Hands‑on experience with trackers (RedTrack, Keitaro, or similar) and UTM tagging
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable making decisions based on data rather than intuition
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $5,000+
- Up to date with Meta advertising policies, especially special ad categories (credit, housing, insurance)
- Fluent Russian
- English at B1 (Intermediate) or higher
- Willingness to work on‑site from the office
Nice to have:
Experience with vsl (video sales letter) funnels: launching, testing, and optimizing traffic to vsl pages
What's in it for you:
- Fixed salary plus performance bonuses based on profit and other KPIs
- Testing and scaling budgets of up to $100,000+ per month
- Ready creatives, landing pages, and pre‑landers from an in‑house team of designers and copywriters
- Room to grow into new verticals and to a Senior / Team Lead role
- 12 days of paid vacation per year, 10 days of paid sick leave, 10 remote‑work days
- Flexible contract options: Umowa Zlecenia or B2B, with the option to switch to an employment contract after one year with the company
- A modern office in the city center (ul. Świętokrzyska 16)
- Regular team‑building events and corporate activities to connect with the team
- A Multisport card covering access to gyms, pools, and other sports facilities
