Montepro is expanding its performance marketing team and selecting an experienced Media Buyer Team Lead who can turn traffic, creatives, and budgets into scalable profit.

You will oversee a fast-moving, international team in Warsaw and coordinate with Tech, Design, and Farm departments to build robust media buying infrastructure and data-driven campaigns in the Nutra vertical. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic budgeting, and a track record of scaling campaigns from $10K–30K daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer.
• Proven expertise in Nutra vertical.
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads.
• Experience managing teams: hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Budget management of large daily spends (10K–30K).

Responsabilités

• Build, manage, and grow a team of Media Buyers.
• Develop and improve media buying infrastructure with Tech, Design, and Farm teams.
• Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook Ads campaigns in the Nutra vertical.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Plan traffic acquisition strategy, testing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs.

Montepro is expanding its performance marketing team and looking for an experienced Media Buyer Team Lead who know how to turn traffic, creatives, and budgets into scalable profit.

We work with Nutra offers in Tier 1/Tier 2 GEOs and are focused on building a strong infrastructure, fast testing processes, and high-performing teams.

• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer;
• Proven expertise in Nutra vertical;
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads;
• Experience managing teams: hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation;
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and define requirements for Tech / Design / Farm teams;
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance metrics.
• Build, manage, and grow a team of Media Buyers;
• Develop and improve the media buying infrastructure together with Tech, Design, and Farm departments;
• Research, test, and scale profitable ad funnels and creatives;
• Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook Ads campaigns in the Nutra vertical;
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
• Plan traffic acquisition strategy, testing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs;
• Proven experience managing and scaling advertising budgets of $10K–30K daily in performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with Tier 1 GEOs;
• Deep understanding of CPA marketing processes and scaling strategies;
• Experience building internal workflows and infrastructure.
• International team with the main office in Warsaw;
