Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ F&B or related experience, or 2-year degree plus 2 years’ F&B experience.
• Ability to supervise and guide staff to ensure service standards.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and supports menu planning.
• Maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts during peak periods.
• Drives guest satisfaction and optimizes financial performance in assigned areas.
• Plans trainings and implements development programs for team members.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest demand and operational needs.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and local regulations.
