Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and/or regulatory reporting.
• Solid understanding of different financial products and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with data reconciliation and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly regulatory submissions and balance sheet items.
• Coordinate data collection with lines of business and reporting teams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of front office data to ledger reconciliations.
• Apply accounting treatments and maintain compliance with corporate regs.
• Analyze financial data and perform variance analytics QoQ.
• Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders and flag issues.
