Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Warsaw is seeking an External Reporting professional to oversee financial statements and management reporting, ensuring a sound control environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate quarterly regulatory filings for the Rates business, monitor balance sheet usage, and develop insights on regulatory changes and industry standards while gaining exposure to interest rate trading strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field preferred.
• Professional financial qualifications (ACA/CFA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure complete, accurate, and fair reporting in line with industry standards.
• Ensure reconciliation between regulatory filings and published financial reports (e.g., Form 10-Q, Form 10-K).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of the business and analyze balance sheet usage.
• Interpret regulatory and SEC requirements and coordinate internal policies.
• Present findings on risk metrics and fair value reporting to stakeholders.
