Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and validity of general ledger accounts.
• Adhere to General Ledger Reconciliation & Substantiation standards.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in P&L and Balance Sheet controls.
• Analyze variances between the general ledger and upstream systems.
• Communicate effectively with business and risk managers.
• Build partnerships across product-aligned businesses.
• Influence middle and front office partners to deliver solutions.
• Challenge processes to identify control issues.
