ZF Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Expert Digitalization Export Control to lead digitalization efforts in foreign trade.

The role manages the global rollout of a strategic IT tool for Foreign Trade, including screening, classification, and Export Control Management, and drives continuous improvement across the organization. The candidate will develop a worldwide digitalization strategy, oversee data analytics, and coordinate Power Platform initiatives (Power BI, Power

• University degree. IT/technical profile is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding expertise in SAP logistics area.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Manage global rollout of strategic IT tool for Foreign Trade, incl. denied party screening, classification and Export Control Management.
• Develop and implement a strategy for further digitalization worldwide within the Foreign Trade Department.
• Manage data analytics solutions within Foreign Trade.
• Oversee denied party screening investigations and shareholder analyses for customers and suppliers.

About the Team:

Key purpose of the role is responsibility of the digitalization in foreign trade. It is global role in international team, within compliance area.

What you can look forward to as Expert Digitalization Export Control:

• Manages global rollout of strategic IT tool for Foreign Trade, incl. denied party screening, classification and Export Control Management,
• Expert within Foreign Trade Department to develop and implement strategy for further digitalization worldwide,
• Managing solutions for Data Analytics within Foreign Trade,
• Manages denied party screening investigation and shareholder analyse for customer and supplier,
• Manages upcoming system issues from the globally implement IT tool MIC and drives continues improvement,
• Manages implementation of upcoming requests within Foreign Trade for the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps),
• Manages digitalization projects related to sanction compliance.

Your Profile as Expert Digitalization Export Control:

• University degree. Nice to have: IT / technical profile,
• Minimum 5 years work of similar role experience,
• Outstanding expertise of SAP of logistics area,
• Knowledge about SAP S/4 HANA,
• Knowledge on IT interfaces,
• Excellent communication skills to work with all levels of personnel,
• Fluent English.
