Job summary

We are seeking a strategic Public Relations Manager to own the visibility ecosystem across experiential, press, and communications infrastructure for a partner influencer management firm. You will drive earned media, manage tentpole activations, and maintain high-value press relationships while ensuring systems and archives are clean, current, and operationally sound.

You will lead pitch strategy, oversee relationship cultivation, and manage day-to-day PR execution across the talent roster.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media, or communications.
• Demonstrated experience securing traditional press placements.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital positioning.
• Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• High organizational discipline and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own experiential visibility and relationship management.
• Manage invitations and opportunities for talent.
• Maintain communication with event partners and stakeholders.
• Lead targeted pitching for tentpole activations (e.g., fashion weeks, art events).
• Build and maintain contact lists and press outreach.
• Distribute newsletters to keep relationships warm.
• Maintain photo archives for press and social use.
• Track talent location and availability for outreach.
