Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a in Gdańsk, Poland, is seeking an Experienced IT Specialist - Products to design, build, automate, and operate Azure-based infrastructure and platform services supporting Arla’s PLM ecosystem.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions across Azure, Databricks, IaC, and DevOps practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and governance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Azure cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, security, monitoring, and platform operations.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, including workspace, cluster, job, security, and performance considerations, preferably in an enterprise data platform context.
• Solid understanding of DevOps ways of working, including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and environment governance.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, PLM, ERP, PIM systems, event-driven architecture, or data platform solutions is a plus.
• Relevant Azure, Databricks, DevOps, networking, or Terraform certifications are considered an advantage.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools for controlled and repeatable cloud deployments is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure, platform services, networking components, and Azure Databricks environments supporting PLM integrations, data flows, scalability, platform reliability, performance, and operational stability.
• Support Azure networking and infrastructure operations, including connectivity, access management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Contribute to DevOps practices by maintaining CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, environment management, and operational documentation to ensure efficient and reliable platform delivery.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate business and platform needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates to ensure repeatable, secure, and well-governed deployments across environments (optional, but considered an advantage).

As a member of our solution team, you will help design, build, automate, and operate Azure-based infrastructure and platform services that support Arla’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem and related integrations. Your work will focus on delivering secure, scalable, and well-governed cloud solutions across Azure, Databricks, networking, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our solutions are reliable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise standards.

How you will make an impact

As an Experienced Azure Platform Specialist, you will work across cloud platform, infrastructure, and integration initiatives within the Products Team. As a key member of the team, your main responsibility will be to help design, build, automate, and operate reliable Azure-based solutions that support our PLM ecosystem and related data and integration flows. Design, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure and platform services supporting PLM integrations, data flows, and related product solutions.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
