Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the fund's infrastructure development strategy for Poland, aligning with overall investment objectives.
• Deal Origination & Sourcing: Proactively identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of greenfield, brownfield, and expansion infrastructure projects.
• Project Evaluation & Structuring: Lead due diligence, financial modeling, risk assessment, and legal structuring for potential investments.
• Execution & Financing: Oversee project execution, permits, construction phases, and project financing with banks and lenders.
• Portfolio Management: Provide strategic oversight and active management of existing assets in the Polish portfolio.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development and investment team.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of the Polish infrastructure market, regulatory landscape, and trends.
