Job summary

AUTEL Energy - Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer to deliver pre-sales technical support and design EV charging solutions for a variety of customers and partners. You will translate requirements into feasible charging architectures and coordinate with Product Management and R&D to ensure solution feasibility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years in related roles, with fluent English and willingness to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 3+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with EV charging, energy or related sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to customers and partners.
• Design AC/DC charging solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Management and R&D to validate feasibility.
• Deliver solution concepts, system architecture, and configurations.
• Support solution validation, pilots, and project handover.
• Capture feedback to improve products, tools, and processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline
