State Street Poland is seeking a qualified professional with strong experience in investment banking to join our team. The role involves direct collaboration with middle and front office teams to resolve trade discrepancies and complex queries while supporting global clients and external parties.

You will work with daily client statements, ISDA counterparts, and internal teams, ensuring adherence to procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor in highlighting and escalating client issues.
• Ensure all daily counterpart statements are received and reviewed.
• Interact daily with external parties, including clients and ISDA counterparts.
• Complete detailed checklists.
• Identify and report unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity.
• Verify end-of-day processes and complete daily checklists.
• Escalate issues to the Ireland client representative.
• Maintain daily communication with the Ireland Office to update the Operations Manager.

Direct integration with client Middle and Front Office teams (Investment Managers) to resolve trade discrepancies or issues. Supporting resolution of complex queries by cooperating with internal teams and external parties worldwide

What you will be responsible for:

• Support Supervisor in ensuring client issues are highlighted and escalated when necessary.
• Ensure all daily counterpart statements are received and reviewed by the Team
• Interact on a daily basis with external parties i.e. clients and ISDA counterparts
• Ensure Detailed Checklist is complete
• During normal day to day activities, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or elevate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
• Ensure daily checklist is complete and verify end of day process is completed.
• Highlight, escalat[e] and report all issues to the client representative in Ireland pertaining to client service.
• Ensure daily correspondence with the Ireland Office to keep the Operations Manager up to date with relevant issues.

Minimum Salary:

zł60,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
