Job summary

Georg-Fischer is seeking a Replenishment Planner to optimize stock across European warehouses. You will release orders, monitor KPI metrics, and resolve replenishment risks in collaboration with Demand Planning, Logistics and Customer Service.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership of planning data with a focus on availability and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in replenishment planning or supply planning.
• Understanding of inventory management and availability.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems and master data processes.

Responsibilities

• Release replenishment orders to Europe sites with correct timing and quantities.
• Monitor KPIs like backlog, aging orders, and safety stock.
• Act as contact for replenishment risks and escalations.
• Support Production, Resale, Order Management and Customer Service.
• Handle unforeseen availability issues and crises.
• Provide availability dates to CS and Order Management.
• Collaborate to improve planning accuracy and data quality.
• Ensure Windchill tasks are completed by the team.
• Support phase-in/phase-out item planning and improvements.
