Job summary

Georg Fischer is seeking a Replenishment Planner to optimize stock across European warehouses and ensure timely distribution of goods. You will collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and Planning teams to maintain availability and resolve supply risks.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, KPI monitoring, and proactive communication in a cross-border environment. Strong English skills and analytical thinking are required for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in replenishment or related supply chain roles is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management and availability management.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems and data reporting is beneficial.
• Higher education in supply chain, logistics or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release replenishment orders to sites across Europe, ensuring correct timing, quantities, and destination sites.
• Monitor KPIs such as backlog, aging orders, inventory levels, safety stock fulfilment, past dues, and planning master data accuracy.
• Act as a key contact for replenishment risks, issues, and escalations, resolving topics within authority and escalating when needed.
• Support Production Planners, Resale Planners, Order Management and Customer Service with complex availability and planning topics.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Planning Data Analysts, Product/Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders to improve availability, master data quality, and planning accuracy.
