Job summary

Provident Polska is seeking a Gen AI Expert to shape Generative AI strategy across Europe. You will own Copilot Studio initiatives, design and govern AI-powered solutions, and collaborate with international teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio agents.

Gen AI Expert

Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of Generative AI across Europe. As a Gen AI Expert, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Copilot Studio and GenAI solutions, driving the design, development, governance, and continuous improvement of AI‑powered solutions that support our business and technology strategy.

You will work closely with technical teams across multiple countries, ensuring scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions while helping to build a strong GenAI community within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve Microsoft Copilot Studio agents throughout the full solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Define, implement, and operate governance for Copilot Studio and Power Platform environments, including environment strategy, DLP policies, ALM processes, security, ownership, and monitoring.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and effective integrations between Copilot Studio agents and internal platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverse, business applications, APIs, and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and guidance to System Analysts, Developers, and Testers, including code reviews, solution design support, best practices, reusable components, and development standards.
• Stay up to date with the Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI roadmap and translate new capabilities into recommendations for the organization's GenAI portfolio.
• Ensure all GenAI solutions are aligned with IT strategy, technology standards, security requirements, governance frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
• Support and grow the European GenAI community through knowledge sharing, reusable templates, best practices, and collaboration across countries.

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands‑on experience building, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Practical development experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and operational management within Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments.
• Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and other business systems.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and collaborate with System Analysts, Developers, and Testers delivering GenAI solutions.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, application lifecycle management, and solution architecture.
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
