Billennium, a global technology company, is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to rapidly design, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise automation.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer who can rapidly design, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, LLM gateways, agentic workflows, and enterprise automation ecosystems.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys turning business opportunities into working AI products. You will work closely with business stakeholders to quickly deliver value, while ensuring solutions are scalable, observable, and production-ready through robust engineering practices.

You will contribute to a standardized enterprise AI platform, building reusable AI components and automation capabilities that can be consistently deployed across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and integrate AI assistants and copilots using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and extend business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-powered workflows.
• Connect copilots and Power Platform solutions with enterprise data sources and business applications while adhering to governance and security standards.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery.

Agentic AI & RAG Solutions

• Design and implement agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including tool-using agents and multi-step orchestration.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Postgres + pgvector, with Redis-based caching where appropriate.
• Continuously improve retrieval quality through chunking strategies, metadata design, and context optimization to maximize accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Build and orchestrate AI-enabled business workflows using Power Automate, with exposure to UiPath and n8n considered a strong advantage.
• Ensure automation solutions are reliable, traceable, and aligned with enterprise operational standards.

Quality, Evaluation & Observability

• Implement telemetry, tracing, and monitoring using Langfuse (or equivalent observability platforms).
• Build evaluation frameworks and regression testing pipelines using DeepEval, RAGAS, and optionally MLflow or Phoenix.
• Drive measurable improvements in solution quality across accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, safety, and user adoption.

Production Readiness & Platform Engineering

• Package and deploy AI services using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, including automated testing, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
• Develop reusable AI building blocks, including agent templates, RAG modules, prompt patterns, and integration adapters.
• Contribute to internal frameworks, libraries, and platform blueprints that enable repeatable and scalable AI delivery across projects.

Role Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions, beyond proof-of-concept implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience designing and implementing LLM-based systems, including agentic workflows and RAG architectures.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with LLM gateways and routing concepts (e.g., Portkey or similar platforms).
• Strong Python development skills, ideally with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and enterprise DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Postgres + pgvector, Redis, and API-driven integrations.
• Experience with UiPath and/or n8n is considered a strong plus.
