Job summary

A-Projekt Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a proactive facilities technician to oversee day-to-day technical maintenance of the assigned facility, react to faults, and ensure reliable operation of building systems.

You will conduct rounds, diagnose issues, perform preventive tasks, document inspections, coordinate with external service providers, and maintain records. Travel across Poland may be required; candidates with electrical qualifications and HVAC/Plumbing knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical role or facility maintenance.
• Solid understanding of standard building infrastructure and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
• Independence, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular technical rounds and monitor building systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests, diagnose issues, and fix faults.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Carry out technical inspections of equipment according to schedules.
• Ensure proper operation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and logs.
• Coordinate with external service providers and subcontractors.
