Job summary

WiseGlow in Warsaw is creating its European Engineering Management Center from scratch to lead energy project delivery across Poland, Italy, and Germany. You will design the organization, hire the team, and establish a multinational project management framework from ground up.

You will own the setup of PM processes, cross-border risk management, and rigorous reporting to HQ. You should bring 10+ years in engineering/construction management for renewables or large infra, with direct experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering/construction management for renewable energy or large infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Engineering Management Centerfrom the ground up, incl. org design and hiring.
• Establish a unified multinational PM system for portfolio management across multiple sites.
• Drive construction delivery of large solar assets across Italian sites with on-time grid connection and cost control.
• Lead EPC contractor and subcontractor selection and contract management including FIDIC contracts.
• Build reporting cadence between HQ and local teams and ensure cross-border risk management.
